Iinstituted by Emperor Franz Joseph I to 50th Anniversary of His Reign. Also called “Singum Memorie”, according to text on reverse. On red ribbon for military persons. “IMP. AUSTR.” in the border inscription.

Gilt bronze, very nice condition, on original triangle ribbon.
