Ehrenzeichen für Verdienste um das Rote Kreuz, 2. Klasse mit Kriegsdekoration – Honor Decoration for Services to the Red Cross, 2nd Class with War Decoration
Established on 17.8.1914 by the Emperor Franz Joseph I. to 50th Anniversary of Geneva Convention. Awarded for peace and wartime merits to the Red Cross (the last one with so called War Decoration as oak leaves and laurel wreath).
Version with War Decoration. At the loop silver content mark (Diane head) and mark VM for the manufacturer V. Mayers Söhne, in Wien (Vienna).
Enameled Silver. Excellent condition, with intact enamel. On original old ribbon.
