Grand Duchy of Baden. Medal instituted 11.11.1895 by Grand Duke Frierdich I. and with his portrait. Awarded to workers and male servants for at least 30 years of work in the same ratio. Entitled were also employees in the public service, z. B. at the railway, customs, etc.
Second type, issued during the reign of Friedrich II. 1908-1916. Around the portrait inscription with corrected spelling GROSSHERZOG (with two S).
Oxyded bronze, very nice condition. On original old ribbon.
