Grand Duchy of Baden. Award from the World War I period, established on 9.9.1916 by Grand Duke Friedrich II. Awarded for merits for the army and war-time welfare.

Gilded zinc, center silvered. Gilt only partially preserved. On original old ribbon, formed as provisorial single medal bar (with cardboard inside and pin at the back).
