Croix de Feu / Vuurkruis – Fire Cross 1914-1918

Established in on 6.02.1934, awarded to all who came under fire at the front during the World War.

Type 2 (according to https://www.medailles1914-1918.fr), designer’s name A. Rombaut with common letters, smaller canon and smaller helm on face, hooked crossguard at the bayonet. Back no lines at the central inscription.

Bronze, very nice condition, on the original old ribbon.
