Established in 1921 by the Interallied Committee based in Opole (Oppeln), approved also by the President of France. Awarded to allied soldiers (French, British and Italian), who served in Upper Silesia during the plebiscites, and to officials and civilian workers of the Committee.

Bronze, very nice condition, on the original old ribbon.
