Tampereen valloituksen muistomitali 1918 – Liberation of Tampere Medal
Instituted 1920 and awarded to soldiers of the Finnish Army, which have participated in liberation of Tampere, as well to next to kin of fallen soldiers.
First 10.000 medals were made by Oertel in Berlin. After the issue was finished, about 500 pieces were manufactured in Finland in 1934. Here the scarcer 2nd type, with small loop.
