Order instituted on 19.5.1919. Knight Cross was awarded to officers with rank of Captain or civilian persons with degree equal wit it. For special merits to a Lieutenant, too.
2nd type awarded after 1936. Measurements 40 x 40 mm, wide cross arms.
Silver, partially enameled, very nice condition, with intact enamel. On the original ribbon.
