Suomen Valkoisen Ruusun, 1. Luokan Rittarimerkki- The Order of the White Rose of Finland, Knight Cross 1st Class
Order instituted on 19.5.1919. Knight Cross was awarded to officers with rank of Captain or civilian persons with degree equal wit it. For special merits to a Lieutenant, too.
2nd type awarded after 1936. Measurements 40 x 40 mm, wide cross arms. On the ring more hallmarks: stylized T in triangle for the manufacturer Tillander (Koruteollisuus Tillander Oy) used in the period of 1946-1973), silver content mark 813H and the crown.

Silver, gilt and enameled, small chip of blue enamel at the edge of front medaillon, otherwise very nice condition, on the old original ribbon wit rosette for the 1st Class.
