Croix de Guerre des Théâtres d’opérations extérieurs – War Cross for Overseas Battles

Established on April 30, 1921 for French soldiers who fought in colonies, occupied areas, etc. (except during the two long wars). Awarded for campaign in Morocco, Equatorial and West Africa, Indochina, as well as the Korean War and also currently in Iraq and Kosovo.
