Croix des Services Militaires Volontaires – Voluntary Military Service Cross
Established on May 13th 1934. It was intended to award reserve volunteers: officers, non-commissioned officers and soldiers, as well as to reward reserve officers and non-commissioned officers for training and training of military training groups and reserve units.
