Established on 12.10.1956, awarded to soldiers fighting in Tunisia, Algeria, Morocco, Mauritania and West Sahara. First type od 1956-1958, with ALGERIE clasp.
Manufacturer: Monnaie de Paris (Paris Mint), marked at the back with mint mark (cornucopia) and BR for bronze.
Bronze, very nice condition, on the original old ribbon with period clasp.
