Médaille Interalliée – Victory Medal ( of the World War 1914–1918)
Medaiille established together in 15 countries for the victory in the First World War. The French official medal was not instuted in July 1922, and was awarded to officers and soldiers of the French army, as well as military persons from other countries who served in France or under French leadership during the war.
There were also some non-official types, which were manufactured and worn in anticipation of the official award. These medals were designed for the design competition that created already in 1920. One of they is here presented scarce model by Pautot-Mattei.
