Krzyż Monte Cassino – Monte Cassino cross
Established on 20.11.1944 by the Commander in Chief of the Polish Armed Forces in the West as a commemorative cross for soldiers of the 2nd Polish Corps, who participated in the Battle of Monte Cassino.
Awarding nr 5620, for a gunner from 2. Pułk Artylerii Lekkiej (Light Artillery Regiment) in 3rd Carpathian Rifle Division (3 Dywizja Strzelców Karpackich). Lis of names in http://krzyz.montecassino.eu/3_dsk_j.php
