Panzerkampfabzeichen in Bronze – Panzer Assault Badge in Bronze
Reference: OEK 3906, de Bock 3.3.2.
Wehrmacht Combat award form the Word War 2, established in Silver on 20.12.1939 by the Oberbefehlshaber des Heeres (Chief Commander of the Army) field marshall Walter von Brauchitsch, and in Brozne on 1.6.1940. Awarded for participation in at least three assaults on three different days in the foremost frontline. Eligible for Bronze grade were soldiers of armored units, which were not tank crew memebers (Panzegrenadiere, motorcycle snipers etc).
Back the badge marked with A.S. in trangle, for manufacturer Adolf Scholze, Gablonz. Nr. 3.3.2. in catalog by Phiippe de Bock.
Bronzed zinc, bronze finish very good preserved (on both sides). Very nice condition, pinset complete and working.
