Wehrmacht Combat award form the Word War 2, established on 20.12.1939 by the Oberbefehlshaber des Heeres (Chief Commander of the Army) field marshall Walter von Brauchitsch. Awarded to tank crew soldiers for participation in at least three assaults on three different days in the foremost frontline.
Badge not marked, but a well known variant by manufacturer Alois Rettenmaier, Schwäbisch Gmünd. Nr. 5.8.1. in catalog by Phiippe de Bock (there described as “flat-back” by unknown maker), in the actualized by same author GCA database attributed to Rettenmaier.
Silvered zinc, silvering excellent preserved. Very nice condition, no repairs or damagaes, pinset complete and working.
