Instituted 20.09.1866 by King Wilhelm I. for soldiers participating in the Austro-Prussian War(called also Seven Weeks’ War). This cross was awarded to the soldiers of Main River Army, fighting in Thuringia and Southern Germany.
Nice awarded original with grooved loop. Very nice condition, on a correct but later ribbon.
