Reference: OEK 1941/1

Instituted 20.05.1864 by King and Emperor Wilhelm I. Non-combatant version, made of steel. Awarded to medical staff, clerics as well to officials and railway workers who supported the German army in France.

Steel (magnetic), nice awarded original,  on old non-combatant ribbon.
