Awarded for different military and civilian mertits, to commissioned officers or civilians of equivalent status. 3rd Model, awarded 1869-1916. On the lower arm marked with the letter W (for manufacturer Wagner, Berlin)

Gilded bronze, Medalions enameled. Very nice condition, intact enamel. On the short original ribbon.
