Established 1871 by the King Johann, renewed 1915 by king Friedrich Wilhelm III. Awarded for aid nad nursing during the World War. Type with dates 1914/1917 back, in the wreath oak leaves at left, laurel leaves at right.

Gilded bronze, partially enameled, very nice condition. On original old ribbon.
