WW1 decoration, established 13.09.1915 by the King Wilhelm II (and with his monogram). Intended for services to people in the home and the public welfare, which could not be awarded the Iron Cross. Version with swords, for merits at the front area.

Burnished bronze, very nice condition. On the original short ribbon.
